Working in an enterprise production environment to diagnose and resolve hardware and system-level faults on AI servers. I use system architecture layouts and hardware diagrams to isolate component defects, check PCIe lanes, run network diagnostics (IP connectivity and proxy verification), and analyze system logs. Additionally, I handle physical component replacements, perform final quality checks, and help onboard new technicians on debugging workflows and laboratory safety standards.

Managed district helpdesk tickets to resolve software and hardware issues for students and teachers. Diagnosed problems and physically repaired 94% of all broken district Chromebooks, lowering device downtime and saving the school district roughly $10,000 in third-party repair fees.
